More room for real life.
Undermine.Life helps you notice everyday patterns and try small changes. You decide what is useful.
A reflection, not a verdict
Twelve questions look at focus, everyday habits, boundaries, and following through. They describe your past week. This habit reflection has no overall score, personality label, or right answer. This is an educational reflection tool, not a diagnosis or treatment.
A separate Undermine Score
The optional score quiz asks about social pressure, trends, digital attention and decision ownership in the past week. Lower means less reported outside influence. It is an editorial reflection, not a psychological test, and never changes XP. Score cards include the score, date and answer count; an area takeaway is optional. Individual answers and account details are excluded.
How patterns are made
Each answer belongs to one area. Never, Rarely, Sometimes, and Often map to 0–3 internally. With at least two answers, an average below 1 is less frequent, below 2 is mixed, and 2 or above is more frequent. Skips are excluded. These are editorial bands, not scientifically validated thresholds.
A path you can change
Four paths each contain seven practices. You can try them in any order, take a break, or choose another path. A smaller version is provided for days when time or energy is limited.
Rewards for taking part
A new activity earns 10 XP, once per day. A daily reflection earns 5 XP. The maximum is 15 XP per local day. All new activities count toward path progress, even after the XP limit. Answers and scores never affect rewards. The default weekly intention is three days, and you can change it.
Your information stays yours
As a guest, your answers and progress stay in this browser. Clearing browser storage removes them. Optional accounts save your progress on our PostgreSQL server. Guest history is imported only when you choose to import it. Account sign-in uses email codes. We do not use your answers to train AI or generate interpretations with AI.
Export, delete, and share
Settings lets you download your data, clear this device, or delete your account. Deletion removes active account records; protected backups age out under the operator’s retention policy. Sharing creates a milestone or score image without individual answers or email. Score cards can optionally include an area takeaway. The hosting and email providers process service metadata needed to operate the app; they do not need your reflection answers.
Built for adults, for now
The first release is written for adults. A separate, age-appropriate experience for children and caregivers is planned for later. Our original mole illustrations were created with AI assistance and edited into a consistent visual system. Questions and activities are fixed, reviewable content.
